Problem
A request for exceptionally detailed monthly billing reports put a pending sale at risk and endangered an important contract for the dealer. One of our business solutions dealers was working with a cost-per-copy customer who needed detailed billing for a contract covering numerous units spread over 27 locations.
Solution
A custom billing solution providing the extensive billing detail needed would have had some financing companies back away from the deal. But not LEAF. Not only did we handle the level of billing detail our dealer’s customer requested, but we also went the extra mile by offering billing breakdowns by profile name, reference number, location, department code, and more.
Impact
Our dealer not only closed the sale, but the customer got the billing detail they needed plus insight they didn’t think was even possible.
