LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. (“LEAF”) recently announced the continued expansion of its field sales force with the addition of three seasoned leasing industry veterans. In their new roles as Regional Sales Managers, Ed O’Toole, Aimee Ridgway and Melissa Carroll will support the national account and vendor programs in the office equipment and technology/telephony markets. They will be responsible for advancing LEAF’s strategic programs with our program partners while delivering onsite support such as lease sales training, customer visitation, and transaction structuring.

Mr. O’Toole joins LEAF as Northeast Regional Sales Manager. He comes to LEAF from EverBank Commercial Finance. Prior to EverBank, he worked for American Express Business Finance and CIT Vendor Finance, and brings with him a well earned reputation as a top producer and collaborative team player with tremendous passion for the equipment financing industry. Mr. O’Toole’s primary responsibility is developing and expanding LEAF’s customer base in New England. In addition to delivering new programs, he will build LEAF’s roster of participating dealers throughout the Northeast.

Ms. Ridgway assumes the role of Midwest Regional Sales Manager. She joined LEAF in 2007 as an Account Executive when LEAF acquired Dolphin Capital, where she had worked since 2005. Prior to Dolphin, Ms. Ridgway was employed by the Bank of Cairo & Moberly, as well as for Citicapital Business Technology Finance. She is charged with expanding LEAF’s dealer relationships throughout the Midwest in the office equipment segment. Ms. Ridgway will demonstrate her high degree of sales enthusiasm as she focuses on promoting the LEAF 360° Solution™ to LEAF’s dealers and program partners throughout the Midwest.

Ms. Carroll assumes the role of Regional Sales Manager for LEAF’s Western Region. A Six Sigma Green Belt and eight year industry veteran, she most recently worked as Director of Business Development for Capital Consulting, LLC. Prior to joining Capital, she worked as a District Manager for both CIT Group and De Lage Landen Financial Services and as a Regional Sales Representative for GE Capital before that. Ms. Carroll is an expert at generating leasing volume with specific experience in the telecom, technology, and office equipment markets.

According to Vince Faino, LEAF’s Senior Vice President of Sales, “Because LEAF is experiencing rapid growth; we have further expanded our field sales presence in order to provide dedicated support to our top-priority dealers. We are privileged to have these industry veterans join our team. With their deep understanding of the needs of our clients and by working with our inside sales force, LEAF can provide unprecedented sales service and support to our customers. With the new Regional Sales Managers in place, LEAF can offer our dealers and resellers even stronger multiple sales support channels to process their transactions more quickly and efficiently.”
