Versatile Business Professional Joins LEAF as Director of Operations
LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. (“LEAF”) is pleased to announce that Sandy Bernadino-Graydus has joined the company as Director of Operations. Her primary role will be to ensure operational integrity and sales program consistency. “Sandy’s professional experience blends perfectly with the LEAF brand,” said Miles Herman, President and COO of LEAF. “Our sales team is made up of experienced finance professionals who solve problems for our customers and help them to accelerate their revenue. Sandy has the solid professional skills and deep industry experience needed to keep operations and sales in sync and on track.”
Ms. Bernadino-Graydus comes to LEAF from Canon Financial Services where she worked from 1994 until 2011, most recently as Director of Operations. She also held a number of sales and client services roles with Canon as well. “I am really pleased and excited to join LEAF Commercial Capital,” said Ms. Bernadino-Graydus. “The company looks at equipment financing in a different light than most other financing companies. Turning leasing into a competitive, strategic advantage differentiates LEAF from the competition.” Prior to joining Canon Financial Services, Ms. Bernadino-Graydus worked for Tokai Financial Services. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University, in West Chester, PA.
According to Mr. Herman, LEAF has a number of new customer-facing initiatives underway that Ms. Bernadino-Graydus will help implement. “As the equipment finance industry continues to evolve, seasoned and experienced professionals like Sandy will help us to reinforce our already strong market position,” he said. “Her diverse experience in customer service, leasing operations and sales will help drive our efforts, particularly as we continue to expand our Cost Per Usage and larger-scope Managed Services offerings.
