Problem
Unusual credit requirements made securing equipment financing difficult for a large management company with multiple locations across the United States. Though each location is a separate legal entity, they all depend on the credit of company headquarters as a basis to secure equipment financing.
Solution
Knowing LEAF excels in flexible financing, the dealer asked what we could do to help. In response, we developed a plan to allow locations to finance equipment using the credit credentials and guaranty of the company’s headquarters.
